Balancing unit enables the engine to work with less vibration and silently by absorbing the dynamic unbalance which occurs during the rotation of the crankshaft in 4 cylinder engines.

It contains 2 balancing weights rotating in opposite directions. It is mounted on to the engine block and the rotation from crankshaft is transmitted to the unit by means of gears.
